AGI Greenpac Limited traces its origins to 1981, when it acquired Associated Glass Industries Limited, marking its entry into glass manufacturing. Over the decades, the company has evolved into a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions, offering glass containers, specialty glass, PET bottles, and counterfeit-resistant security closures. With more than 40 years of industry expertise and over 500 institutional clients, AGI Greenpac operates seven state-of-the-art manufacturing plants strategically located across Telangana, Uttarakhand, and Karnataka.

In addition, AGI has forayed into the B2C space with brands like Sand Dunes and GreenDrop. The organisation also launched Tattva, its corporate venture capital arm, to support start-ups in deep-tech manufacturing, SaaS, clean technologies, and e-commerce innovations.

AGI’s business model is rooted in innovation, sustainability, and customer-centricity. It emphasises circular economy practices, extensive use of cullet recycling, and advanced R&D capabilities, supported by modern decoration units for high-end packaging solutions.
